As you may have seen, there is a bit of a controversy about who won the Olympics, and to what score you should measure the winners by. Personally, I think we all can see that gold isn't the only thing that matters, but gold matters more than silver which matters more than bronze. We are not idiots here. Therefore, we should just medal counts based on a weighted average which means you assign more worth to gold than silver and even less to bronze. As you can see, the USA is really in 4th, even though they are tied with Norway, they have less golds and silvers which should be the tie-breaker. Also if your curious as to the excel formula used for the score it is =((B2*3)+(C2*2)+D2) this is for Russia, the second row.
