My argument is pretty sound. If you stick to low cost commodities, you'll get more healthful food at a lower price per serving. Lots of sodium and other stuff in the non-commodity food.Go eat some green beans bro!
- Oatmeal(better)
- maybe 11 cents a serving
- Prepared breakfast (worse)
- maybe $2?
- Soybeans (better)
- 5-10 cents?
- Lunch meat(worse)
- 50 cents
